Tyrolean mountain sheep

Tyrolean mountain sheep are a traditional domestic breed, native to the Tyrolean Alps – and also raised right here on our farm. The Senior host Bruno is a passionate farmer and dedicated sheep breeder with a deep connection to his animals. A visit to the barn reveals just how remarkable these sheep are – sociable, gentle, and always happy to be petted.

During summer, the flock moves up to the Alpine pastures, where they roam freely in breathtaking mountain surroundings.

Our lamb comes solely from our own farm and is processed by our Head Chef Hans-Peter personally. The slaughtering is also done in our own, EU-certified abattoir. The fact that Bruno personally takes the sheep to the abattoir means the sheep feel better and do not suffer any kind of stress prior to slaughtering. This means we are able to provide you with a really high-quality product.
