During a summer and autumn holiday in the Wildkogel Arena, which is located between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburgerland, there are so many leisure activities to discover, experience and enjoy in the fresh mountain air.
While out on variety-packed hikes and mountain-bike tours, of varying difficulty levels, you learn about the beautiful landscape in our Hohe Tauern holiday region in a sporty way, as your gaze is drawn to the impressive summits of the Hohe Tauern. The inimitable panorama of the Wildkogel is perfectly set on the Panorama trail and Slide run. Pleasure cyclists and mountain-bike enthusiasts are very well catered for in Wildkogel Arena. Whether you want to explore the area yourself on a road bike or mountain-bike, or head out on a guided mountain bike tour, is entirely up to you. The 4 km mountain cart route is really exciting. Our holiday region offers the variety-packed Wildkogel Activity Programme for all ages, which has something for every tastes, whatever the weather.
After a fantastic day of hiking or cycling, during your holiday in Wildkogel Arena you can look forward to numerous restaurants on the mountain and in the valleys which prepare delicious Pinzgau and other meals, in a cosy ambience. And the Kogel-Mogel Adventure Arena is there for your children: An experience-filled wooden play area, right at the mountain station for the Wildkogelbahn.
